Paul's Omakase

Sitting at SUteiShi's sushi bar is quite a treat!  Inform the chefs of your food preferences, dietary demands, or allergies; and dishes will be made especially for you!

Take a look at this omakase:

Sea scallop sashimi melted in your mouth!  Delicate ikura pops when you eat it.

Followed by:

Delectable ankimo (monk fish liver) topped with black caviar

Perfect slices of squid sashimi with spicy mayonnaise and caviar topped with yummy uni.

Beautiful blue fin otoro is the perfect bite.  It doesn't get any better than this.

Until the final dish...

Spicy baked king crab, super white tuna sashimi and red snapper with chili yuzu.
